A New Respect...
Ever since I was young I would look at moms and think of how fun it would be to have a bunch of little kids running around. I mean how hard could it really be??? Mormon women have a million kids and they make it look so easy. Over these past six and a half weeks my eyes have been open. I love my baby girl more than anything, but oh my goodness. I have never had less sleep, time to eat, get ready, let alone shower. The main points of my day consist of feeding, changing diapers, and occasionally trying to take a nap. I have never had such high highs and such low lows since I became a mom. I have a completely new respect for motherhood now. It is by far the hardest thing I have ever done in my life; it actually makes my degree look like a piece of cake. I admire any women out there who is willing to make the sacrifice that it takes to accomplish this great task.

It's so TRUE!!! Motherhood has been such an eye opening experiance for me as well. I told my mom she didn't prepare me enough haha. I just think you never know how hard it really is. It gets better but its still hard. atleast I think so. I used to want a huge family, but now I can't talk about baby #2 without crying. I think it might be awhile! I want to see more pictures your cutie :)
I know what you mean completely! I remember thinking after i had londyn: "I CANT EVEN BRUSH MY TEETH!!!" haha its so exhausting and so rewarding at the same time! Youre doing great, lets get together SOON!
ooooh, what a sweet entry! but really it gets easier... the hardest thing is the transition from only having to worry about yourself, to having to constantly meet the demands of another. Somehow that becomes more normal in time... before you know it you will have 6 running around... ha ha!
Janel, I'm sure you are a fabulous mom!!! I can't wait to meet little Jane. She is so precious and sweet in all of the pictures! We miss and love you guys!!
Ah, Janel sounds all grown up, don't worry-it's all worth it! Jane is adorable, you're doing a great job.
